Mar 28, 2025Farmer Josef Kotter recently erected a modern new building for organic broiler production in the Bavarian municipality of Bruck, around 30 kilometres east of Munich – and elected to use only Big Dutchman equipment.
The new house has two strictly separated compartments with 4800 broilers each; the separation continues in the winter garden and on the open run. A winter garden and a large area for ranging create bird-friendly conditions and promote welfare.
